Clover - The Sound City Sessions were originally recorded in 1975 at Sound City Studios in Van Nuys, CA; never before released until now. This release captures Clover founders John McFee, Huey Lewis, Sean Hopper, Alex Call, and John Ciambotti, along with session drummer Jeff Porcaro.

* Note from John McFee: A little back story on the “super bonus tracks”: when Huey and yours truly suggested that it would be cool if the multitrack masters could be found for any of these “lost” Clover sessions in order to revisit the mixing process, the good Mr. Joey Stec came through for us - big time. Even after somewhat disappointing initial search results, Joey kept at it with the tenacity of a Dash Hammett sleuth (albeit sans gat and fedora) and eventually unearthed the raw material for us to be able to offer up these remixes - thanks Joey, you’re one of the dying breed or record company execs who actually care about the music.
